Isidore "Larry" Esemonu Sr.
Executive Director (Founder & CEO)
Isidore has more than 30 years of experience working with individuals with cognitive disabilities. Larry is a devoted individual who takes pleasure in providing daily services to individuals with cognitive disabilities, behavioral, emotional and physical challenges.
Emmett Kamara
Assistant Director
Emmett Kamara has more than 20 years of experience working with the DDD population. Emmett prides himself on his ability to utilize his highly experienced background to promote a pragmatic and positive environment for those with disabilities. Utilizing his diverse skill set Emmett is able to effectively address emotional and physical challenges.
Stephen Sink
Program Coordinator
Stephen Sink has more than 10 years of experience working with the DDD population. Stephen is a certified Article 9 Instructor and a certified Prevention and Support Instructor. Stephen’s passion is helping others while promoting independence. Stephen knows that no single approach is right for every individual. With his experience and trainings Stephen is able to promote a positive environment for all individuals with cognitive disabilities, behavioral, emotional and physical challenges. Additionally, Stephen is tasked with representing the agency (Esemonu's Group Homes) in front of the Program Review Committee (PRC).

Esemonu's Group Home, Inc. is a residential agency devoted to serving individuals with cognitive disabilities behavioral, emotional and physical challenges. Each individual's strengths and capabilities are brought together to develop lasting relationships in a home environment.
Philosophy & Principles
Our approach is consistency, consistency earns trust, trust develops relationships and relationships help individuals grow. We believe every individual has room for growth. We strive on finding what method works for each individual to help them grow.
Every individual is unique and has different needs. We use creativity and individualize each need to increase independence, enhance self-image and self-worth. Our philosophy is to create an environment where everyone accepts responsibility for meeting each individual's needs. We are in a partnership with individuals and their families.
As a means toward achieving high quality care, we support the following outcome measures for our individuals:
